Programs start at $2,900 a month.

Most engagements begin with a $590 diagnostic — an audit of what you have, how AI answer engines describe you now, and what to publish over the next 90 days. It is credited in full if you continue.

Every engagement is scoped to your site. The prices below are real starting points, not a range that quietly triples on the call.

A managed SEO and AI-search content program from Gadex costs $2,900 to $5,400 a month, with a $590 one-off diagnostic to start and fixed-scope sprints at $3,900. There is no long contract: an initial three-month term, then month to month.

Visibility Diagnostic

A human audit of what you have, how AI answer engines currently describe you, and what to publish over the next 90 days.

  • Content audit of your indexed pages — what to keep, refresh, merge, or retire.
  • Coverage gaps against the competitors actually winning your buyer questions.
  • AI-search readiness review: how answer engines describe your company today.
  • A 90-day plan with the pages ranked in production order.
  • A findings call to walk through it, not just a document.

Managed programs

No long contract. An initial three-month term, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. Quarterly prepayment takes 8% off.

Managed Content

$2,900/month

3-month initial term, then monthly · 30 days’ notice

A steady publishing operation: topics chosen, claims checked, pages linked and published into your CMS.

  • Eight new pages a month, researched and source-checked.
  • Internal linking planned across the library, not per page.
  • Metadata, schema, and CMS publication handled.
  • One revision round per page included.
  • Monthly Search Console report with what moved and why.
Discuss scope

Programmatic

From $8,500 pilot

Scoped per engagement

For page patterns that should scale — integrations, locations, comparisons, datasets. The pilot proves the template before anything is generated at volume.

  • One template designed against real search intent.
  • One dataset structured and reviewed.
  • Twenty-five pages produced from it.
  • Quality rules that decide whether it scales at all.
How programmatic works

Sprints

Fixed scope, fixed price, no commitment afterwards. Useful when you want the work done without starting a program.

Foundation Sprint

$3,900

One-off · 4 weeks

For a site with little to work from. Establishes the structure before volume makes structural mistakes expensive.

  • Topical map of the clusters your market actually searches.
  • Internal link architecture across the planned set.
  • Six cornerstone pages produced and published.
  • Schema and metadata baseline.

Refresh Sprint

$3,900

One-off · 3 weeks

For a library that used to perform. Recovers pages that are decaying rather than replacing them.

  • Twelve indexed pages audited against current search intent.
  • Rewritten, re-sourced, and re-linked where the page is worth keeping.
  • Consolidation or redirect recommendations where it is not.
  • Republished with updated dates and schema.

What moves the price

Every engagement is scoped rather than sold from a shelf. These are the things that actually change the number, so you can work out roughly where you land before a call.

The state of what you already have

A site with 400 indexed pages needs auditing before anything is written. A new site does not. That single difference moves scope more than any other.

How specialised the subject is

Content that requires reading regulations, papers, or technical documentation takes longer to source and check than content that does not. Fintech, healthcare, and developer tooling sit at the demanding end.

Your CMS and publishing path

WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Ghost are handled as standard. A bespoke or headless setup needs integration work before the first page ships.

Languages and markets

Publishing into more than one language is not translation. Each market needs its own sources, terminology, and review — so it is scoped as its own stream.

Your review and approval process

One decision-maker approving weekly is fast. Legal review and a committee is slower, and the pace of publishing is set by whichever is slower — us or the approval.

What is not included

Worth knowing before a call rather than after one.

Link building

Not offered. Paid placement carries risk we are not willing to hand a client, and there is no version of it we would defend in public.

Paid media and ad management

A different discipline with different economics. Plenty of agencies do it well.

A tracking dashboard

You get reporting against Search Console, not a subscription to another tool. If you want an AI-visibility dashboard, buy one — several are good, and none of them write anything.

Guaranteed rankings or guaranteed citations

Nobody can honestly promise either. What is controllable is whether your pages deserve to rank and are easy to quote accurately. That is what is being bought.

What the first three months look like

Content compounds, which means it is slow before it is fast. Here is the honest shape of it.

Month one — mostly setup

Access, brand voice, topic decisions, the first pages published. Expect very little movement in Search Console. Anyone promising results here is describing a different month.

Month two — indexing and early signal

Pages get indexed and start collecting impressions. Impressions move before clicks do, which is the first honest sign the work is landing.

Month three onward — compounding

Earlier pages mature while new ones ship, and internal links start doing work. This is where the three-month recommendation comes from — not a lock-in, just where the curve starts.

Pricing questions

Is there a minimum contract?

Programs run an initial three-month term, then continue month to month with 30 days’ notice. Three months is not an arbitrary lock — month one is largely setup, and judging content work on 30 days tells you nothing. Sprints and the diagnostic have no term at all.

Why is Gadex more expensive than an AI writing tool?

Because it is not the same purchase. Tools like Frase ($49–$299/month) and Contentbase ($99/month) produce drafts and hand them back; someone on your side still decides what to write, checks the claims, builds the links, and publishes. Gadex owns those steps. If you have an editor with spare capacity, a tool is genuinely the cheaper answer and we would rather you knew that before a call.

How does this compare with a content agency?

Mid-market B2B content retainers commonly run $5,000–$15,000 a month, and full-service programs go higher. Gadex sits below that range for comparable ownership of the work, because the production pipeline is automated and the human time goes into decisions, sourcing, and review rather than drafting.

Why is there no price per page?

Because pages are not interchangeable, and pricing them as if they were rewards producing the easy ones. A comparison page that has to be right about a competitor’s pricing is not the same unit of work as a definition page. Volumes are stated per tier so you know what you are getting; they are not a rate.

Can I change tier or pause?

Yes, at any point after the initial term with 30 days’ notice. Moving up mid-term is immediate. Pausing is possible, though content that stops being maintained starts decaying, so we will usually suggest the smaller tier instead.

Do you offer a discount for paying up front?

Quarterly prepayment takes 8% off. There is no annual prepay option — committing a year to a supplier you have worked with for a week is not something we would advise a client to do.

What happens if it does not work?

You leave with 30 days’ notice and keep everything — the pages, the briefs, the topic map, the audit. Nothing is held hostage in a platform you stop having access to. We would also rather establish fit on the diagnostic than discover it in month three.

Who is this not for?

Companies wanting cheap volume, anyone needing results inside 30 days, and teams whose real constraint is drafting rather than deciding and checking. In that last case a writing tool plus your existing editor is a better purchase than this.

A 30-minute call, or start with the diagnostic and get the answer in writing. If a tool or a freelancer is the better fit for you, we will say so.
